HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM/ORDER?
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return for full refunds on most items within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, soiled, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. To file a return please contact INFO@SUSANYIN.COM. We will email a pre-paid return label to you. Attach the label for the return shipment to your package and drop it at your nearest drop-off point.
We are unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
We do not offer exchange at this time.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service at INFO@SUSANYIN.COM team immediately within 3 days upon delivery. Please include a photo of the item and we can advise you on how to proceed.
Items not eligible for return will be noted as such on the product page. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on the following categories considered Final Sale: Sale items, Skincare Products, Customized items, One Of A Kind items, Wedding dresses, Vintage items. REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs incurred upon order placement are non-refundable. Return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. The cost for return shipping fee is $8 for domestic US order and $25 and up for some international orders depending on the weight.
- The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
- The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
- If you are returning a gift. The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account. For security reasons, we are not authorized to refund a different account
- If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued
