OUR RETURN CONDITIONS
For items purchased November 27th, 2020 through December 24th, 2020, returns must be received before January 16, 2021. Once we have received and processed your return, refunds will be issued via the original method of payment
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM/ORDER?
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return for full refunds on most items within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached.
Shipping costs incurred upon order placement are non-refundable. Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
Items not eligible for return will be noted as such on the product page. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on the following categories considered Final Sale: Sale items, Skincare Products, Customized items, One Of A Kind items, Wedding dresses, Vintage items. REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible.
- The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
- The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
- If you are returning a gift. The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account. For security reasons, we are not authorized to refund a different account
- If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued
