A form of therapeutic hot springs and other naturally mineral-rich water bathing, balneotherapy has been practiced since the days of the ancient Greeks and Romans, to preserve health and treat a range of ailments. Contains over 84 minerals, trace elements and over 99% pure.

For a relaxing bath place a handful of salts into a bath under warm running water and allow to dissolve.

For a therapeutic bath place entire content of salts into a bath under warm running water and allow to dissolve. Immerse yourself for 20 - 30 minutes to allow the healing elements to absorb into the skin. To maximize benefits from this therapeutic bath, aim to get the temperature as close to body temperature as you can. That’s approximately 37° Celsius or 97° Fahrenheit. When you get out of the tub, just dry off with a towel – there’s no need to rinse the salt solution from your skin.
